"Very comfortable, enjoyable stay"

Staff was very friendly. Pete was very welcoming as soon as we arrived, he made the kids feel right at home. Even before we arrived Pete was making sure we were fine for parking. Location was fantastic with a tram stop right outside. Room was massive with beautiful views of Blackpool. Very clean room. Breakfast was lovely and the 2 ladies working were very accommodating. If we return to Blackpool we will definitely be booking here again.

"Fantastic value for money in a great location."

Large room, very convenient on the ground floor, beds all very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we stayed for Lytham festival and the Blackpool flyer bus dropped off right across the road. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, Great breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights as a family of 5 in a family room with Seaview. Good size room, was clean and tidy with plenty of space for 5 of us. Decent hot shower was good too. Great location. Pete was very helpful, even helped us with parking. Really was excellant value for money.
