Very warm welcome from hosts and were a great help with our queries about getting around the area We didn’t get a chance to use it but there is a bus stop on the doorstep with circular buses into Poole and back every 10-15 minutes and into the evening Bedrooms were really nicely done with all the little extras : eg mini fridge with fresh milk and chilled water Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and served informally in a homely and comfortable breakfast room

Check the closing times for kitchens at the nearly pub, however if you miss that we can thoroughly recommend Kings Fish and Chips takeaway 5 mins walk away

King size bed; good choices at breakfast; easy Bus transport facilities; good heating and hot water.

Towels, although large, were hard !! - need softening

The breakfast was excellent. Doug was very efficient, calm and obliging, friendly, caring, knowledgeable.

We were in Purbeck room which was comfortable but compact. It had everything you would expect from the owners. But when we stayed before , we had Brownsea room which was bigger .We could spread out more.

The breakfast room and breakfast. The integration was great. Close to centre. Can walk into Poole and great transport access.

Was not as close to beach as thought. .

Great host, great breakfast, perfect location.

Clean property,owners very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very supportive when husband admitted to hospital. Would recommend. Booked the Purbeck room was small but it was what we booked, had all facilities. Would book larger room but none available when we booked.
