Set in a quiet setback cul de sac, where all you can hear us the birds in the trees. Great breakfast, and the hostess was friendly, helpful, and charming. Easy walking to a lovely country pub, set in a picturesque country village. We stayed in room 1, which had its own patio to sit out in.

I loved staying at Woodland Views. Aliya is a delightful host and very welcoming. My bedroom was spacious and comfortable and it was great to have places to sit other than the bed. I particularly enjoyed the patio area which, as the property's name suggests, has views of the adjacent woodland; there is a short and picturesque walk through here to Milton Abbas village. The breakfast is prepared to order and I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit. It's in a very quiet location but ideally situated for getting around this part of Dorset. I definitely hope to return.

really good breakfast

my room was a little tired, the drain in the wet room was very slow to clear, the bathroom door did not latch correctly, there was no wardrobe. I was unable to get the electric shower to work, but the second shower off the mains worked really well. There was no explanation as to why there were two showers but it was a disaabled compliant room. I think a few small changes would lift the room conciderabley Overall I was happy with the accomodation but compared to say a Premier Inn it was lacking

The owners were welcoming and accommodating. The lodge is well equipped clean and comfortable. It is in an exceptional location, overlooking a beautiful woodland garden. We had a lovely stay and slept well each night. Look out for the wrens they are so cute.

We did not stay for breakfast as we were on an early ferry from Poole - We had a warm welcome from the owner and the accommodation is very good - enjoyed our stay and would book again
