Highly recommend this B&B in Lowestoft. The room was very comfortable and bright, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and has everything you need, including a KFC next door and other restaurants nearby. The English breakfast was delicious, but the best part was definitely the kindness of the owners. That personal touch makes this place stand out. Definitely recommended!

Lovely breakfast cooked to order. Ideal location overlooking sea and convenient for the town and restaurants etc. Very comfortable and clean room. Paul and Theresa very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Breakfasts were excellent with cereal,fruit and yogurt to choose from.The cooked breakfasts were also good with plenty of choice.

The washbasin in the bedroom was a bit to small.

A lovely traditional guest house. Very clean. We had a lovely sea view and the breakfast was of high quality. Paul and teresa were very friendly and laid back hosts. Also Paul was a fellow Spurs fan which helped!! Would definitely return and highly recommend
