The location was great, just a short walk to the promenade and not too far from the town centre. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

The room was not great for anyone with limited walking ability.

Hosts were wonderful, extremely helpful and obliging, breakfast was superb, (variety and taste), location was ideal for town, public transport and beach, room was lovely

Only one small negative was awkward lock on door.

It was perfect for our requirements. On the rainy day, we were able to relax by the window, look out to sea, and watch the world go by. Parking was easy. Hosts were lovely.
