Just perfect. Could not have asked for more. Had a beautiful sea view, a warm cosy room - spacious; and a fab surprise was that the 'not including breakfast' actually had my perfect brekkie - a pop down to the entrance to grab a yoghurt, cereal, snack bar .. and sit in the conservatory to watch the waves as I came to to start my day.

that I can't come back soon enough!

I had to leave early but the accommodation and location were superb.

The location was perfect, the view looking right over the coast with St Ives in the background and so close to the beach. Parking was a fantastic tick in my box. The owners were fantastic and I love the trust they have with the honesty box for items you wish to purchase

Perfect location with fabulous views.The bed was very comfortable.

It was room only but they did supply breakfast cereals, breakfast bars, juices and fruit which you could help yourself to which was a lovely gesture by the lovely owners.

The only negative i could say would be maybe the mattress could do with being replaced but it certainly didn't affect our stay.

Great quiet location a bit our of town but great views of the ocean and nice walk to the beaches. Lovely balcony Very friendly staff and nice casual setting
