Church Farm B&B Suffolk

Omg!!!!! What a find! We normally book hotels but seen this online and thought we would try, Booked last minute to visit a relative, this gorgeous b&b looked stunning online but even better in real life.Ruth is a lovely host, she is super welcoming & friendly. The room is styled beautifully...so cosy! Absolutely immaculately clean, massive bed and gorgeous bathroom with your own private entrance. Also there is a lovely garden and lovely walk to a peaceful lake on site.there is everything you could need for breakfast to in a beautiful room in main house. Pub right next door which is only a few steps away served great food in evening and again super welcoming friendly staff. We will definitely be back for a full weekend...perfect getaway.and unbelievable price per night, its actually worth alot more, Thanks Ruth you have the most beautiful b&b we have ever stayed in x

Beautiful location, great sized bed, excellent breakfast and great host.

Facilities provided and shower room were excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious and to an extremely high standard. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile for us. Breakfast was superb, with a lovely choice available, and superb touches, like the home made jams. Would highly recommend.

Bed was quite hard and could be improved with a mattress topper, but we slept well, and the super king size was wonderful. Excellent all round.

we had a brilliant time , Ruth , the owner met us on arrival and showed us to the most beautiful room , full of the quality little touches and flourishes that make Church Farm so special : the room was full of character and the Bathroom was huge > we took a stroll around the grounds to the lake , as there are only 2 rooms at the property you will probably have the lake and walks to yourself ...brilliant ! . Breakfast was superb with home made Jam and a good choice of hot food as well : this really was a splendid trip and the location for Bury St Edmunds and Ickworth House was ideal .highly recommend

Stunning B&B instantly felt welcomed by Ruth, walked into our room to be blown away by Spa like smell, cosy yet elegant interiors. Inviting furniture, Neptune cushions, comfortable bed, in fact one of the best nights sleep I have had in weeks. Spacious bathroom, cleanliness second to none, instant hot water powerful shower, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Varied well stocked room essentials to make tea and coffee, fresh milk, delicious brownies. Breakfast the same standard, wonderful selection of local produce. Delightful conversation with our host. Really could not fault our stay … only that we couldn’t have stayed LONGER. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful selection of cereals fruits juices, cooked breakfast & plenty of teas and coffees outstanding. Beautiful room & en-suite with such wonderful little touches so quiet, and we loved where you went over to the main house for breakfast

Not a single thing all so perfect

Stunning setting, room was spotlessly clean and the shower was so large. Ruth was lovely and breakfast was very good, the orange juice was so delicious we purchased some to bring home with us

No hair dryer

Lovely rural location and incredibly friendly host. The room was beautiful and immaculate. A very comfortable bed and a great shower. The bathroom was spacious. Great breakfast with locally sourced products. All of the highest quality. A wonderful short stay.
