Breakfast excellent with choice of fresh, local Ingredients. Bedroom, bathroom and dining room all tastefully decorated and with luxurious fittings and furnishings. Made for a very relaxing break in beautiful setting. Exceptional attention to detail in the rooms. Ruth and Paul very friendly and made us feel most welcome. Excellent pub next door to farm with very good food and a friendly ambiance. Couldn't have wished for a nicer stay.

Friendly, delicious breakfast, strawberries were the best ever, cosy room. Everything needed is there.Loved a walk to the Foxburrow Lake. Ruth and her family made us feel welcomed and valued. Thank you Ruth x

The facilities were absolutely gorgeous and host was so kind and welcoming. One of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time, couldn't recommend more! I had an amazing breakfast, eggs royale cooked and it was one of the best ones I've had in a while! The continental options were great, including strawberries from their own farm!

What an amazing property, is a converted stable separate from the main farmhouse and is immaculate, from the decor to the facilities, I loved every moment. The farm is predominantly fruit at this time of year and is beautiful to walk through up to the lake, where I enjoyed time on my own.

There was nothing I didn’t like, apart from having to leave!

My friend and I occupied the two rooms both of which were beautiful. Lovely large comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and good pillows, very important to me, the cotton element in particular! Fabulous shower, rain and independent heads, also appreciated. Good products in shower. Full tea, coffee facilities with thoughtful additions of cookies and homemade brownie, yummm! Breakfast was amazing, eggs, jam, fresh fruit from the farm, homemade bread, fruit juice locally produced as was everything else on offer, delicious.
