Lovely location in the middle of a forest, so no shops close by. Lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. Spacious rooms with ensuite and lounge area.

Warm and friendly hosts, a beautiful, very comfortable home in a peaceful setting. The lovely town of Beer is a short drive away, as is Seaton Wetlands and other delights. Highly recommend a stay here.

"Like a proper home from home."

What a location! I doubt whether you will find better value than records place. The place is great and the hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful with lots of tips on places to eat, places to visit and where the good parking spots are.

I wracked my brain to come up with a negative and all I could come up with is "a better mobile signal".
