Cosy little bed, hot tub was fab and plenty of towels provided. Good sized fridge

Convenient to train station, town and Balloch Castle Country Park

Was supposed to get ground level unit but got 2nd floor very steep staircase and i had a heavy bag. No blackout curtains and bed and pillows were not very nice

No staff present you get a 4digit pin for key box worked fine but I prefer human interaction.

The accommodation was in a fantastic location, was easy to find, very spacious, met the owners who were super lovely who even accommodated for an early check in free of charge. The room had everything I needed and was fairly priced. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect, 4min walk from Balloch train station located on the main street, room was spacious with a wardrobe, 2 additional chairs and a fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee. The bathroom had a good size. Liked the fact they provided a hair dryer, heating was good. Lots of mirrors was a plus

The shower pressure was really bad, the thermostat switches weren’t really working as expected, the hair dryer wasn’t the best. The pillows were a bit too flat for my liking but that’s more personal preference. The walls were very thin, you could hear the neighbours walking upstairs and since the house is next to the main road, you can hear the cars passing by during the night

Room was a decent size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small and the light was very dim but it was ok. The tea and coffee on offer was amazing! Loads of supplies which was appreciated. The parking was fab and location was close to pubs and the marina. Only downside was it was very noisy and creaky as you can hear all the other guests moving around. Good value for money though

Easy to find with off-road parking. Easy to access with key box. Good sized room with handy fridge. Easy access to pubs and restaurants from here.

The mattress was awful: thin, soft and lumpy. There were bits on the sheets and crumbs on the carpet. The shower drain was blocked. I contacted the property re check in times but did not get a response. I wanted to check in later and do more with my day but latest check in was apparently 6 even though no one was there.

Small room, but comfortable for a few nights stay.
