Kelly and family were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely everything, location, hospitality, cleanliness, bed, pillows, duvet, shower size, facilities. Breakfast… loved everything that was served. Can not fault anything about our stay.

We LOVED the location and were fortunate enough to see the gorgeous long horned cattle. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made our stay very special. The linens and towels were good quality as were all of the furnishings. The cowshed toiletries were a lovely addition. The information provided was thorough and helpful. There was a lovely private patio area overlooking the garden.

There is nothing at all we didn't like.

This is a very well appointed property. It would be ideal for a quiet overnight stay. The small outdoor table and chairs were perfect for an al fresco breakfast given the lovely weather. If you enjoy orange juice, croissant and toast for breakfast this will suit you well. I was pleased that my request for porridge on my second morning was granted. The shower was excellent. There was no Aircon but there was an effective cooling fan.

It was very compact. Very little space for luggage on a three night stay. Fortunately we had good weather. Not sure where one would dry wet coats? Also, very close to the owners house. They were away during our stay but I think that might be an issue. I found the mattress rather too hard. Not the fault of the owners but we were beset with flying ants our first night which meant we had to keep the windows closed on a very hot evening!

Super relaxing weekend getaway, complete luxury. Annexe was perfect for a couples retreat. Kelly is an amazing host, caters for your every need and very knowledgeable about the local area. The best added extra was having the highland cattle just over the fence and viewable from the annexe. Can't wait to come back

Comfortable, lovely breakfast sat outside in the garden alfresco. Nice area to travel from. Friendly host nothing too much trouble.

Walk to the pub.

It was so peaceful & relaxing. Lovely views, Highland cows on your doorstep. Friendly host, Kelly. Pub in walking distance, friendly locals. Continental breakfast included. Accommodation decorated well & a fantastic shower/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Parking available, easy distance from attractions.

Nothing what so ever

Breakfast was continental, Toast, Jam, Marmalade, Yoghurt, cereals and tea or coffee. The Annex was extremely clean and tidy, and well fitted out, lovely shower and bathroom, parking on the driveway. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A lovely view and outside seating and if lucky you may see the highland cattle, a lovely friendly host as well, make you really welcome.

I had to leave as my hols was over, I felt so relaxed staying here.
