"Relaxing"

It was a lovely annexe , own entrance, clean. Kelly was really helpful, breakfast on time and plenty of, brought out to annexe so you could eat inside or outside at a private table in the garden. It was very quiet at the end of a country lane.

"Lovely B&B where you are the only guests"

We had a lovely time. Kelly was a fantastic host; Kind, friendly, understanding and communicative. Breakfast was excellent quality and perfect size. The location was perfect for us, out of the way, rural, but not far from attractions and a lovely village pub with delicious food. We went to the White Lady 2 out of 3 nights because it had a great food, vibe and an easy walk across some pretty fields - photos attached

Very good continental breakfast and because of the excellent weather we ate in the garden.The location was very quiet and peaceful yet only a ten minute drive from North Walsham.The Earsdon Annex was a peaceful escape.

Lovely welcome by host Kellie with fresh homemade cookies The location was amazing. Bedroom was lovely and clean Such a friendly family Hope to return soon Highly recommend 👌

Only a very small.winge. I prefer not to eat in a bedroom environment but as we were lucky with the weather we ate on the private sheltered patio each morning which was beautiful

Everything!!!! Excellent location to explore Norfolk. The little Annexe has everything you will need: Super comfy bed, modern bathroom, lovely continental breakfast in the garden (we were so lucky to have a beautiful weather). Kelly was the perfect host. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks, Kelly for everything!!!!

I can't actually think of anything, it was perfect stay!!! Definitely will be back!!!

Kelly's communication skills are excellent. Communicated with me prior and during our stay to check arrival and breakfast times. We were visiting a wedding and hadn't realised we should have booked a taxi in advance. Kelly was a star and stepped in and found us a taxi to/from the wedding.

Room was lovely but from a personal point of view we would have liked somewhere to put our case. I recognise there isn't much space in the room so this might not be possible.
