This hotel was lovely, it is one of those hotels that are always fully booked so I was very lucky. the ladies who I met were very welcoming and really friendly. Breakfast was lovely too. I was Upgraded to a larger room and it was comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay and hopefully I get stop here again. It is in a fab location and only just off the high street.

The fan in the room was dusty.

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was far too small

When we stayed a few years ago we felt welcome but this time it was a little bit different and when we left nobody apart from the lady who done our breakfast to say a goodbye

Location cleanliness staff were very courteous and helpful

The fact that Booking.com got the room allocation wrong. However the staff were able to facilitate our stay.

We love Bridgenorth and surrounding areas the property is old fashioned but very cosy and homely. Everything was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and so was the owner she was lovely, so helpful. We would stay there again.

Car parking was a bit of a pain we had to put the car 10 mins away which was £5 a day, there is a closer carpark but it’s a lot more. Also being an old property the floors are very creaky !!
