The Breakfast was superb 👌 The owner went over and above to make sure everyone was satisfied. Best breakfast we have all had for a long while. A++++

Nothing could have been done better. When we book another visit to Dumfries we will definitely be booking the same property. You won’t find better. Very happy with our stay. ❤️

Breakfast was amazing, hot fresh and beautifully presented. Room was gorgeous, bed lovely and comfortable, bathroom lovely with a fab shower, the whole house was warm and welcoming (doggie cuddles were a bonus). We were really made to feel at home. Location is great with the town within easy walking distance and parking virtually on the doorstep. This is by far the best place to stay in Dumfries.

Absolutely nothing to dislike or complain about.

The room with ensuite bathroom was very good and the bed comfy. The cooked vegetarian breakfast was delicious.

Maybe add muesli to the cereals with fresh fruit for breakfast if possible?

The whole experience was a positive one, good value for money and the proprietor was helpful and attentive. If work takes me back that way I would stay again.

Parking space is on-street so you are at the whim of availability. However there is a large ( paid) carpark over the road. Not an issue for me as I could claim it back.
