The layout of the room was so thoughtful and had everything I needed right there where I needed it. It was clear a lot of care went into the rooms. The breakfast also saved my life one day, so delicious!

Excellent location in a characterful village. Old house maintained its charm with up to date amenities. Hosts engaging, friendly and helpful. Breakfast quality was very good.- everything hot and freshly cooked.

Excellent B&B in quaint Yorkshire Dales village in wonderful scenery. Comfortable, quiet, easy parking, friendly, faultless.

Nothing to dislike. Fresh - smelling accommodation with excellent ventilation, en - suite comfort, and brilliant breakfasts. Three classic Dales pubs within a minutes walk for wining and dining. Beautiful scenery and walking country in easy reach in all directions.

Delicious breakfast with many and abundant choices. Bright cheerful breakfast room. Bedroom quiet, clean, nicely decorated, great mattress, could not be better. Ann and Barry were so helpful and accommodating and great local resource.

My friend and I loved staying with Barry and Ann. Such an interesting, warm and hospitable couple who were the perfect hosts. Clean, inviting and very comfortable, we slept better than we do at home. Breakfast was amazing and the best cooked breakfast I’ve ever had at a B and B. My friend and I wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect stay in a beautiful home within a beautiful setting. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning.
