The location is brilliant. Lively sea view we stayed in a room with a balcony. So lovely to open the door in the morning and sit drinking tea on the balcony looking at the sea.

Everything was excellent, we were able to check-in early, the family room was clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the sea, and well located. The Breakfast was excellent as well. Richard was great would definitely recommend staying here.

A very cozy hotel with a warm and lovely host -- that’s why I chose to stay here again on my second visit to Eastbourne. The interior is beautifully decorated and full of character. My favorite part is the duvet — it’s soft and smells wonderful. I’ll miss this place.

Great location close to the pier and our room had a sea view. Richard was a great host always gives good tips for things to do and see in Eastbourne.

the room was lovely, loved the decor, very cosy and warm. had an amazing view of the sea and the pier. The breakfasts were the breakfasts of champions! delicious, perfectly cooked and very filling. Good coffee too which was great.

"Convieniant for a couple of nights"

Right on the seafront and an easy walk to the pier and town Center. Many pubs and places to eat nearby. Clean and bed super comfortable. It was ok.

Decor is very dated. Not really a hotel - more like a guest house. Shower was dreadful. Cooking smells in the property.
