Guest Suite at 31 Little England

We loved how immaculately clean the property is. Not a speck of dust! The breakfast was lovely. We were asked every day what we would like and looked forward to it every morning. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, particularly to my childs additional needs. The interior design is beautiful as is the garden. The property is in a good area to be able to visit the attractions around the area. We have already decided we will return when we next visit Dorset.

The only issue we found was the wifi was very hit and miss but, in fairness, it does say on the bio that wifi is available in the communal area. It certainly shouldn't put anyone off.

It was clean and the breakfast good

Made to feel very uncomfortable, almost the first thing we were told is ' Its a B & B we dont take kindly to people hanging around all day'. It's not ideal having a door to accommodation off the hosts kitchen. The photos shown of the garden are lovely, but because the family were there we felt restricted from using any part if it. We left a day early, my husband was unwell and wanted to rest up, not possible in property.

Roma our host was very warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the areas, places to visit and restaurants. Comfy bed ,very clean, breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, cooked breakfast, cereals,fruit..tea and coffee, fresh juice..In room tea/coffee facilities. Lovely garden, quiet location. Location excellent for visiting local attractions, beaches ,towns for shops.

Everything. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautiful and we were very comfortable and made very welcome by Roma who is a lovely lady.

(Lee) The location was great, within walking distance to the local pub. Very comfortable bed, good breakfast and lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to complain about apart from having to leave so soon. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The bnb was so charming with its thatched roof and private nook away, the host was very accommodating, and after was left to our own devices and privacy which was great. Breakfast was fantastic and made special to order left every morning feeling full with good quality ingredients and cooking. Could not fault the place.
