The lady night porter who I never get her name is absolutely lovely, she remembered us from last time we stayed and we had a lovely chat.

The bed it's far too hard and hurts my hips to sleep on

Clean, good value and parking available at a cost close by

No breakfast available unlike advert

Location was very central to where we needed to be, enough on street parking which helped. Games room and bar downstairs with music. I'd say the room was spacious enough, even with a dresser table so partner doesn't take up all space in bathroom doing makeup 😁

Bathroom on the small side but it's not really unexpected with Blackpool. Mattress wasn't comfiest but that's just a personal preference. Had a slight issue on arrival as there was no key in the key box so had to call owner and grab spare key from office so issue was resolved quickly 😁

The whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, lovely linen, and the rooms were warm and quiet. The lady working was so lovely, friendly and really helpful. There's on street parking right outside and if there's no spaces a pay n display carpark right next door. A group of our friends stayed in one of their apartments and it was LOVELY inside. We will be back.

Would of liked breakfast included. There was the option to purchase breakfast rolls but that's a minor inconvenience as there is a good sized kettle and supplies in the room.
