Fabulous location. Exceptionally clean and the staff are just the loveliest couple you could wish to meet, very very welcoming. Breakfast is gorgeous I had the classic and my hubby had the hikers, that kept us full all day.

"Hotel quality yet personalized experience"

Although there are only a few rooms, the owners maintain it as a hotel, which really impressed me. This includes hotel-grade bed linen, comfortable bed, full english breakfast with hotel-grade tableware, a clean & thorough guest information folder, water kettle, location a few minutes away from the center, etc.

The only downside really is that for the single room, the room is on the top floor yet the bathroom is on the floor below. A private bathroom, yet nonetheless disconnected to the room.

"Birthday treat in Keswick."

Ben and Fiona made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and well decorated with a super king size bed. Bathroom/shower was great. Food was ordered the night before and there was a good choice for all tastes. The food was excellent and freshly cooked. Good location for the main town/pubs. Free street parking. Overall a lovely weekend, thank-you.

The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Kettle in the room and a good selection of drinks and biscuits, which were topped up daily. The owners, Ben and Fiona, were fabulous, so helpful and friendly. Good selection of food for breakfast and all hot food cooked fresh.
