Tv in room a little small,

Not much choice of continental. 1Cereal box empty others only part full, very little choice if you didn’t want full cooked breakfast. Toast was like thin cardboard. Room needs updating. Shower head dirty and shower door had gap at bottom so water came out onto floor and had to mop it up. Bedding, although very clean, need replacing as looked old and well used. Pillows need replacing. To be fair the owner said they were in the throws of some updating with new carpets and jobs that needed addressing. Hope this will address any issues.

We had a really comfortable family room. The house is beautiful and the breakfast room with the fire burning in the large fireplace is very homely.

It was warm and the bed comfortable.

The location is quite good and very quiet, but approach to the property is along an, at times, single track road. As the weather was pretty awful this made the drive there in the dark somewhat challenging. Room itself was samller than expected (think estate agents photos) and the towels and bed linen had seen better days. Shower head was very dirty. Breakfast was very disappointing and the quality of the food not good - seemed to be cheap products.
