Very nice rooms and facilities eg good shower. Good breakfast.

Tania had a rather abrupt manner although very efficient. I was meeting with a couple to walk a section of the Coast to Coast from Richmond. They arrived early but Tania wouldn't allow them in the house. Rather expensive.

The host was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice. The property is only a short walk into Richmond and is alongside the very large car park. Room was very clean.

Room was slightly small but still extremely clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and anything I wanted they were more than happy to do and the whole inside and outside was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Very well pleased with my stay and I would recommend it for the close proximity to the town centre and historic Richmond sites such as the nearby river and church and museums.

This is a brilliant B&B within easy walking distance of the town centre. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything in them that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and our host David was so kind and looked after us well. We couldn't have asked for more. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
