"A great B&B within easy walking distance of the town centre and overlooking the river."

Spotlessly clean, knowledgeable and friendly owners, above average breakfast fare. Large room at the top, comfy large bed, decent towels, easily deserves its high rating on Tripadvisor.

The fairy steep hillside location won't suit some potential travellers and parking in the immediate vicinity is tricky. Nothing they can do about that; the central Looe overnight car park is within sight downhill from the B&B, as is the train station for those coming to Looe by rail.

"Everything you could possibly want from a B and B."

Breakfast was exceptional. All locally sourced or home made. Variations were provided for taste. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The room was cosy and impeccably clean.

There are a lot of steps to the property, however this would not put us off from returning as the views were amazing.

"Our stay in looe"

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful hosts. Who offered us helpful insights on what to do and where to visit. Varied choice of freshly prepared breakfast options. Fresh milk available daily for tea and coffee in room was a nice touch.

Streets are very narrow, which can make access awkward. This hasn't put us off returning as the hosts and property are exceptional.
