A convenient location for visiting Cardingmill Valley and Church Stretton, Much Wenlock and Wenlock Edge and other places of interest in Shropshire. We had a comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and provided information about local places and eateries and how to circumnavigate the road works. The house is set in picturesque grounds and there's a cosy lounge for visitors.

No restaurants within easy walking distance but they are not very far.

The hosts were very friendly and charming and instantly made my friend and myself feel welcome. We had lovely large room with excellent facilities and it was very clean and comfortable.

Everything. Lovely property in a beautiful location. Great hosts. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Very substantial breakfast included.

Breakfast was tasty and my gluten free requests were met. Claire and Gary were attentive and helpful. It was nice to have the use of a communal lounge and meet other guests. The garden was spacious and as it was so hot we made use of the shady trees.

Well maintained and decorated property. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. There was a large comfortable lounge and also a small kitchen where we could keep food for our packed lunches plus fresh milk provided for tea and coffee. Hiking routes straight from the door, good recommendations for local food too.

Some road noise mainly because we had the window open during warm weather.
