The room was okay, but I could hear the noise of cars on the road as the building is next to the main road.

It is more like house share with extremely limited privacy. The privacy of guest is not respected, the host and other guests complained when phone call was being made. The host complained of door being closed and noisy. If you make phone calls or use headphones near other guests, you are classified as being rude! I spoke to people about my experience and they asked whether I stayed in a guest house or a library. The breakfast was served in a dining table with unknown people who were talking but complained of the other guest talking. You cannot communicate with your family or else the host sees it as rude! You are expected to keep quiet because the host served breakfast for guests who have no connection/relationship in one dining table, so forced to eat together like house share! One of the guests hit the table hard with a loud noise and commanded me to STOP talking, all because I was on call to my family, while he was busy talking to his wife! The host supported him and complained that I used headphone to make calls while I was having breakfast! The host said I closed the door the previous night and made noise with it! NO PRIVACY! Whereas the room is noisy because the house is next to the main road, and I could not sleep soundly due to movement of cars! The host treats guests as if they stayed in the guest house for free and wanted to control the use of headphones, control communication via telephone, forced guests to dine together with random people. I advise guests to book hotel as this is more like staying in house share with a controlling host. According to the host, there are just 3 rooms, so it is more of house share with extremely limited privacy. There is no restaurant nearby, you have to travel few miles to have dinner. I was really disappointed that the host could support the other guest who hit the table commanding me to stop talking to my family when the host knew that the same guest was talking to his wife!

Owners were just great and made the stay with advice on local attractions. They couldn't have been better
