"All you could want from a B&B; comfortable, clean, friendly, convenient, parking, great breakfasts."

Breakfast was excellent, great choice on the menu. Hosts so friendly and helpful. All very clean. We were able to use the delightful garden. Great attractions nearby: RHS Rosemoor and cycling on the Tarka Trail. Local pub The New Inn served great food, very reasonably priced and so friendly.

The bathroom was tiny.

Very hospitable hosts, beautiful gardens plus an excellent breakfast.hosts

Minor point but it is a little off the beaten track. Sat Nav directions guide one along a very narrow road with very few passing points.

Breakfast was lovely and tasty nothing to much trouble. Room was lovely and cosy very quiet The grounds were amazing just stunning.Such a friendly lovely couple with a pair of smashing dogs. All perfect.
