Amazing house. Was a personal residence at one time. Manos the property host was very helpful with suggesting local restaurants close by that were amazing. Daily breakfest was delicious and fresh. Location is perfrct. Dippojg pool perfrct to relax after a day of spectular site seeing.

What an incredible property! From the personalized pickup and drop off, to the breakfast delivery each morning, to the interior decorating, Spitia Santorini was a pleasure to call “home.”

Everything was great. The location was the best, right in the middle of pedestrian area and no stairs!!! It was spacious and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Our host Manos was very responsive and his recommendations were great.

Nothing, the only thing that could be improved is the pilows.

Location was amazing, central yet so private all at the same time. Unique in modern design, yet traditional to original Santorini and its history.

Amazing property right on the caldera. Very clean facilities, pool with a 360 degree view, great breakfast. The perfect place to unwind and relax in comfort. The front courtyard, back courtyard and pool are picture perfect. Would stay there again!

A great pet-friendly villa with an unbeatable view of Santorini sunset on your own private terrace. Manos and his team provided great service helping us with the luggage and preparing delicious breakfast and daily housekeeping. The villa is located away from the bustling side of Oia which provided us some peace and quiet, yet we are just steps from restaurants, including the ones down at Ammoundi Bay.
