I liked the location and the view you had from the balcony.

We spent a total of 3 nights, during which time we had the following problems: (1) Parking: on arrival in Komiza Nicolas advised us to leave the car in the car park in the harbour area. He assured us that it is very ok to leave it there, mentioning that a car has been there for 3 months without any problem. In the evening, when we went out for a walk we found a 60 Euro fine on the windscreen; (2) Cleaning: during our stay there was no cleaning and we were not asked if we wanted cleaning / new towels / new linen, etc.; (3) Communication with the host: following the complaints on Booking, we had a discussion with Nicolas and the owner of the accommodation. At the discussion we were strongly disappointed by the ignorance and lack of professionalism from the owner; (4) Breakfast: ridiculous. At the so-called breakfast we were offered an omelette (I think of 2-3 eggs), 4 slices of bread, 4 slices of sausage, 2 glasses of juice and 2 coffees. Clearly it is called a snack, no breakfast; (5) Other problems: smell (our room was above the kitchen and there were constantly different smells coming from it), noise (from the kitchen), small room, lack of accessories (glasses, fridge). In fact, comparing the restaurant of the location with other restaurants in the area you will see the difference. Finally, we consider that for the services offered the price is clearly not justified.

the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work so it was stuffy from the beginning to the end of our stay. too loud to sleep with the balcony door open so AC may be necessary during the whole night in the summer.

This place is a little gem. The room is bright and modern with lots of storage space. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom up to date. The balcony has an incredible view and we ate a tasty continental breakfast on every morning. The location also couldn’t be better for restaurants, bars and beaches all within 2 minute walk. By far the best thing about this stay though is Maria the owner and her son! They could not have been more welcoming and treated us like family!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite new with a lovely shower head. The small balcony where we ate breakfast every morning had the most beautiful outlook over the bay and stuuning town of Komiza. The owner was a very helpful and pleasant man. Marie made us a lovely breakfast every day. We loved our stay here.

I didn’t want to write anything negative as we loved our stay here. There seem to be many smokers in Croatia. The smell of cigarette in the stairwell was not very pleasant although our room was not effected.

Great location with a beautiful terrace and view.

We needed to leave early and could not be accommodated for breakfast.

fantastic location, very cute authentic stone house vibe, well equipped.

the shower pressure/ washing experience definitely needs an upgrade.
