The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect, short walk to all amenities. Will definitely be returning to The Rutland.

This place was very well located for walking into the city center. The proprietors were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the purple polyester sheets were quite uncomfortable, especially in the heat

Excellent location and the hosts were very helpful with regard to restaurants and attractions close to the unit.

Getting to our room on the second floor was a climb but our host brought our bags up and also took them down at the end of our stay.
