Lovely well maintained Victorian house with original features

A truly excellent breakfast, served promptly and very well presented. The location, just a short walk up to the town centre, suited us perfectly and the facility of parking our car at a modest extra cost was a bonus. Everyone was welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

The room we chose to stay in, after looking at it, was on the top floor, up some rather steep stairs. We could have chosen an alternative room on a lower floor and, with hindsight, being elderly, that would have been a better option for us. Also, at the time we stayed, the mains water pressure in our shower was lower than normal although it did work eventually!

The location is really convenient to walk into the castle. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. In a quiet part of Windsor..Breakfast was amazing and presented really well on pretty plates and tea was in a teapot!!

After travelling a long way, there was no space we could change clothes before the event we were staying for.

Warm welcome. Great breakfast. Perfect location for exploring Windsor and Great Windsor park. Off road parking. Immaculately clean and comfy beds.
