Wifi in room was weak or not working

Breakfast was nice.

We had a problem with the shower and sink. But the staff was helpful.

Restaurant is part of the complex, air-condition in the room, breakfast included, later check-in possible. Nice bathroom. Playground for kids in front of the restaurant.

Room was nice, but a bit smaller. Sound isolation between the room and shared living-room/staircase area could be a bit better.

Location was just what we needed. Staff and waiters in the restaurant were helpful, pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good, although it's not buffet and has to be ordered (we were not offered a Menu and dependent only on waiters descriptions)

Owners/managers and communication and their attitude. We booked triple room for 2 people (only available at the time of booking) but we were offered via email double room downgrade and proportional decrease of price (our mistake that we assumed double room will be 20€ cheaper as per the info on booking.com). In our initial rate we had breakfast included in room rate, but after downgrade to smaller room at the time of payment, managers/owners insisted that their rate are always without breakfast and that with downgrade to double room it was only room included and we have to add breakfast - what it meant was that with our downgraded we would ended up paying the same price as for the initially booked room. Our triple room booking was approx. 81 € (breakfast included), and downgraded room rate was 61 € + 2x 10€ for the breakfast. It was insulting our logic, and even more insulting were explanations from owners/managers insisting that are the rates now and that they made mistake a day earlier, etc. etc. Checking the rates at the time of checkout, they really increased all prices from that day for 20€ (price for breakfast) but although we were full of understanding we had our booking confirmation with prices that was valid a day before. In the end and after really not pleasant discussion we accepted some rate from the price list on the wall, and ended up paying 71€ for the double room and 2x breakfast. Last but not least, this is very nice location, very nice food and very pleasant staff, but these owners/managers should change the industry they work in, and not work in hospitality as their level of communication with guests and way of handling critical situations is humorous and offending.

The room is nicely furnished and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is nice. There is a big parking lot.

I'd put a small mirror over the wash basin. The outdoor unit of the air conditioning is very loud, it can be clearly heard from the room.
