"This is such a comfortable place to relax and enjoy King's Lynn that you won't want to leave."

9.0

Excellent bedroom, views and bathroom. It was raining but on a good day the garden would have been a treat. The period features, especially the outside staircase are lovely. A good communal space, too.

The breakfast was good, but the quality of bacon and sausages was average, so too the bread. A choice of eggs was given and the fruit, cereals and yoghurt were nice.

"Beautiful period B&B"

10.0

Comfortable rooms, good supply of tea/coffee making facilities, lovely complimentary Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, friendly staff - nothing too much trouble. Nicely decorated rooms, good size and spacious en suite bathroom. Great shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast options and selection very good. Private parking.

Nothing, extremely comfortable.

"A lovely two night stay."

9.0

The Green Room on the upstairs floor was larger than we expected, dual aspect, light and airy. Well furnished and decorated. Freshly cooked breakfast options together with cereals and fruit, toast etc. Excellent. The house was a fifteen minute walk down quiet backstreets and a large well-lit public park and green space. Good, quirky, backstreet pubs and curry house within 5 minute walk. Very friendly hosts. Thanks to Clive and Maria. See you in 2026!

Zip together twin beds to make a large double. Can be lumpy in the middle of the mattress as a result.
