Hot in the room . pillow, s a bit lumpy .

It was in a great location and great value for money. Gareth was very understanding when I hadn’t received his message through booking.com (it didn’t arrive) nor via email. Just a very quaint place with a lot of nice touches

We booked this accommodation last minute without checking reviews and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst stays we've ever had. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The accommodation itself was not nice and after checkout things became even worse.The host falsely accused us of damaging the property called and messaged aggressively, mocked us over the phone and even threatened to have us banned from Booking.com unless we paid for something we didn’t do. The room was poorly maintained and unclean accommodation.Strong odours and excessive noise.False accusations of damage. I have never experienced such unprofessional and intimidating behaviour from a host. Shortly after we left the host began calling and messaging me aggressively, accusing us of spilling coffee on the carpet (we don’t even drink coffee) and claiming we stayed up all night disturbing them their room was under the room we stayed.None of this was true.When I tried to explain politely,we went to sleep early and we used the toilet and the host mocked us, and even laughed with his partner over the phone.They then threatened that if we didn’t pay for a “refurbished carpet,” they would have us banned from Booking.com. This felt like intimidation and a scam attempt. I have never experienced such rude, harassing behaviour from a host before. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for your own peace of mind.

Location was fantastic. Response times to my messages were very prompt personal and accommodating which made the whole experience relaxing. Good quality coffee machine and honesty bar a nice touch.

If I’m being picky a fan would have been much appreciated. Maybe I missed it.

The location was on the coastal path which I was walking, so this was an ideal location. The town had many useful facilities.

The weather was very hot and I had to have the windows open. I was woken at 4am by seagulls and was unable to get back to sleep.

For the money, it exceeded my expectations

Everything was in the room that you needed from tea and coffee and some makeup remover, which my wife thought was a really nice touch.

The room is a little tired ,the pillows are very flat and our sink had a bit of a smell
