Great value for money

The rooms are a bit small

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay comfortable. The only downside was that the hot water did not last very long. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

Ubicacion, personal muy amable y servicial, depto amplio, limpio y comodo, no ruidoso a pesar de estar en el centro del casco historico. Muy buena relacion precio calidad

preferiria una mejor cerradura en la puerta del departamento y caja de seguridad. Falto shampoo y jabon para la ducha

God plass pent oppusset. Vi hadde et uhell, personalet var veldig behjelpelige med å kontakte og hjelpe oss til sykehuset.

Lage

Zunächst findet man das Hotel nicht, weil es kein Hotel Tomy Katy gibt. Auch die INFO kannte das Hotel nicht. Das sind zwei Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude und einer anderen Straße wo auch Einheimische wohnen, etwa 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. . Das Hotel heißt glaube ich Victoria. Dusche war nach 1 Minute kalt. Zimmer sehr klein und laut. Durchweg blöd.

The location and breakfast

There was a kettle and 2 mugs...THAT WAS IT. There was no tea, coffee or sugar as stated on Booking.com. There were no toiletries provided although Booking.com said there would be FREE TOILETRIES. The staff only showed us the room. The owner was not available.
