The location thats all

Very unprofessional check in, room felt like it hadn't been cleaned. Stale smell, bed was caved in on one side and the mattress was very cheap, very uncomfortable. No heating other than an oil radiator which didn't heat up at all. Toilet and shower was dirty, mould on the shower and pipe. Bad smell coming from the pipe work connected to toilet. Also nobody answered the phone or mobile numbers whilst there. Stay well away

The room was filthy. It had not been hoovered. Noise from the pub until well after midnight. The bed was broken. No response from the hosts.
