"Clean and convenient"

Clean and close to the wedding venue

Because I used their car park and dropped my things off earlier than the check in time even though I was going to put them in a friend's room who had booked for 2 nights I was charged an extra £10. No hand towels unless you are staying for more than 1 night.

"Cheap and cheerful"

The location was good as it was the nearest place to the wedding venue we were attending 3-4 miles away). The bedding was spotless. We received a friendly welcome and the breakfast was very tasty.

Cobwebs, leaky shower, tired decor, mirrors in awkward places.

"Great place to stay"

I’ve stayed here a number of times now , you really can’t fault the rooms , very stylish , beds comfortable spacious en-suites and you get a breakfast included in your room rate , that alone sets the Holly Tree above a lot of the others out there

"Excellent"

Room was nice. Arrangements suited me as I could come and go as I liked. It was only a few miles from my daughter who I came to help with the grandchildren.

Only one thing -the towels were hard.

"Perfect B&B stay for wedding guest"

The most comfortable mattress on a lovely bed. The best sleep we've had in years. We had a delicious veggie breakfast whilst listening to some lovely music that was the perfect start to our day. Ideal location very close to a wedding we had gone to. Huge thanks for accommodating us and offering the early check in and also for providing taxi numbers and advice 😊
