Breakfast was excellant all laid out and ready, Plenty of choices from fruit to cerials, different types of bread and jams Full breakfast was offered when this came the portions were large and beautifully cooked. Tea or coffee came in a jug and if more was needed you only had to ask

Staff always friendly and accommodating, rooms always a delight to stay in, and the breakfast one of the best I have had in any stay. Exceptional value for money, and the location right near centre and the ducks on the river.

For a small location that is getting larger, it is adequate for my needs (home town). Good choice for breakfast. You can get lunch if required. Do not have to take bath or shower gel, Which is always a plus and saves on packing. Staff always nice and friendly.
