Very convenient and suitable for our needs as a one night stopover.

Everything was fine.

The staff, the price and the convenience.

No decaff coffee.

Everything but the breakfast.The Host was very helpful and the lady who did the breakfast was too.

The breakfast could have been better.Cereals and toast are ok but a cooked option, like a full English Breakfast or even Bacon Sandwich would have made it perfect.Especially as we could smell bacon had been cooked.

There was space to park the car which was secure.

Online it said there would be an ensuit bathroom, that was not the case. Breakfast which was included was extremely poor

Location was ideal for me as I wanted to go to Goodwood races about half hour away. Just off A27 in peaceful area. No cooked breakfast . I knew this when I booked but still very good . Juice (various), tea or coffee, cereal (various) and as much toast as you liked with various spreads.

I couldn't get Wi-Fi to work but then I didn't ask about it so my own fault.

Clean comfortable large room with comfortable bed and tea making facilities.

The wifi connection was very slow and kept cutting in and out.

Very comfortable bed, a lovely en-suite. Great to have fresh milk for our hot drinks in the room. Lovely staff serving breakfast.

A very cold welcome when we got there as we were a little later than said - arrived at 10.20 when we said it would be around 10! I had purposely called around earlier in the day to book in but he said that it was fine and they even had guests arrive as late as 1 o'clock in the morning! He said that neighbours will be complaining with us arriving at that time. Breakfast was VERY limited. Never had such a basic breakfast at a B&B. I was surprised that there was no offer of a cooked breakfast and therefore would at least expect more than cereals and toast as an alternative - fruit, yogurts, croissants. To my knowledge there was no mention on the website of a cat being present in the property as one of us has an allergy to cats.
