Low Fell

Great location for exploring South Lakes. Comfortable ,really good hosts and excellent breakfasts.

Low Fell is an outstanding experience. Peter & Julieanne are superb hosts, from their warm welcome, beautifully appointed rooms, delicious breakfasts - their attention to detail is 5* in every respect. In our opinion it is the best bed & breakfast we’ve ever stayed in.

The location was perfect and ideally placed for exploring the southern coastal area of Cumbria.The hosts were great and couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable and a home from home experience. The breakfast was wonderful, a freshly cooked English breakfast and a good selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal. The room was perfect and bed was super comfortable. A lovely clean bedroom with tea and coffee facilities and fresh water. The ensuite was perfect with a great shower. Really loved my stay and will definitely be staying again.

The fact I only stayed 2 nights, could have stayed longer.

My hosts were attentive, friendly and kind. I felt well cared for. The room was lovely and breakfasts delicious.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at Low Fell and it won’t be the last. It’s exactly what you would hope from a Lake District B&B. Friendly hosts offering tea & biscuits in the garden after settling in, a cozy, quiet room with a really comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. While the accommodation feels very ‘traditional’, the bathrooms and very modern with ‘boutique’ feel.

Nothing. It’s perfect!

Ideal location not far from local beaches. Hosts Peter and Julie-Ann were warm and welcoming. Room had all the usual amenities, a comfortable double bed, reasonable size bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with all ingredients locally sourced.

Nothing we did not like

The house , garden and bedrooms were immaculate

There was nothing to dislike
