Very lovely hosts in a beautiful house, we had a great stay!

So very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Peter and Julianne were lovely hosts. We will definitely go again .

What can I say … a perfect find in the little village of Bardsea. A little gem with the most wonderful hosts. I know you won’t find a better breakfast and then you can walk to the beach!

Excellent breakfast and hosts could not do enough for you.

For us, the location was perfect. Rural yet close to amenities, a friendly pub yards away, sea a stroll just down the road. The bedrooms were pretty & uplifting, the rainforest shower absolutely awesome. The two sitting rooms available to guests - one cosy one downstairs overlooking the courtyard garden, one upstairs charmingly beamed & rustic - were a great bonus. And of course, people make a guest house & Peter & Julie-Anne were the most warm, friendly, thoughtful hosts you could wish for, without ever being intrusive, producing delicious breakfasts & giving help & advice when needed. The whole stay was warm, charming & blessed by their attention to detail.

The water glasses were slightly too big for my rather small hands to hold comfortably. Er, that’s literally it.

It was so quaint and the hosts were absolutely wonderful.

We loved everything, peter and Julie- anne are the kindest people you could ever wish To meet, The 16th century cottage is beautiful, warm ,spotless and very inviting. We have booked for next year,our 5th visit . would highly recommend this property very highly.

Honestly.There is nothing we didn't like .
