We noticed many people complaining about weddings but we certainly had an amazing time - the hotel made sure to reach out to us and let us know there will be a wedding on the date we're staying. They offered us a room furthest away from the wedding area as well as informed us about how it will affect the restaurant and the wellnes center. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view. We didn't hear any music or noise from the outside!

The place is lovely and the room we stayed in was great, comfortable and clean. The views from the property are excellent and we had one of the staff looked after us who was excellent!

I think we were a little unlucky as there was a wedding at the same time. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that for dinner we had to sit just outside of the main entrance of reception at a makeshift table/chairs and eat our dinner in a passageway due to the restaurant being at full capacity with the wedding party. That was not great but I imagine in normal circumstances it would be different.

Nothing, we left the room after one hour. Nobody in the hotel team shows the interests to solve any of our problems

I was traveling with three kids. We booked wellness hotel. The property gave false information about wellness offer. There was a wedding in the hotel on the day of our stay in the hotel. Hotel wrote us that we can not use the pool on "check in" day. There were no other wellness offers. Recommendation for the property: not rent rooms on the days with weddings. We found some medicines on night table in the room and on the top air condition was not working (weather condition on the day: above 30 degrees) Nobody of the hotel team showed interests to help with all these problems. We left the room and property after one hour. There was not anything of wellness, hospitality and wellbeing in the property.
