Location. Clean room. Room looking over the beach. Other rooms look over harbour. Quiet at night even being on beach. Top end traditional b&b

High floor can mean lots of stairs but improves the view. So up to you on 4he compromise. The b&b is 4 stores high.

Hosts friendly, breakfast very good, position very good for harbour and beach

No sheet under duvet. Sometimes the bed wasn’t made up. My room was on the top floor up 6 flights and I walk with a stick. I booked well in advance and wasn’t told
