Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Das Badezimmer war unserer Meinung nach eine Katastrophe. Die Dusche war zum Teil dreckig (starke Ablagerungen). Das Bad allgemein hat komisch gerochen. Haben uns da unwohl gefühlt. Frühstück war in Ordnung jedoch waren die Tassen zum Teil noch dreckig im Sinne von: Spülmaschine hat nicht alles entfernt. Die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht überzeugt.

Odličen zajtrk,zelo dobra kava,zelo prijazno osebje. Čisto blizu do plaže,balkon z lepim razgledom,skratka spet se vrnemo naslednjič. Hvala

Vse je bilo v redu

Byli jsme zde již podruhé převážně kvůli koupání v jezeru Balaton a pohodlnému přístupu z penzionu k němu. Milá obsluha, kdy jsme se, i přes neznalost jazyka, domluvili. Dobrá snídaně a volný přístup na pláž v ceně pobytu. Balkon s posezením u pokoje.

Už loni jsem kritizovala úklid a nic se, bohužel, nezměnilo. Uklizeno bylo dost špatně - koupelna, lednice, balkon. Chybí jakákoli skříňka na oblečení (i když by na ni bylo místo), v předsíňce jsou jen držáky s ramínky, v pokoji nic. Na látkovém obložení pokoje jsou skvrny.

I liked the location and the food in the restaurant bellow.

I didn't like the breakfast — it was very poor. Someone clearly doesn't know how to make scrambled eggs. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival: there was a large spider and spider webs on the ceiling, lumps of dust on the night lamps, blood stains on the sheets, and the curtains were also very dirty. We received only one towel per person — no hand or face towels — just two towels in total for two people. No one came to clean our room for two days. Overall, it was too much money for what we got. The only good thing was the food, but only in the evening.

Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal.

Rezeption für Auskünfte kaum besetzt. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, aber wir haben erst am Schluss erfahren, dass die Zimmer nur nach Aufforderung gereinigt werden und für den Fernseher eine seperate Karte für den Empfang deutscher Programme notwendig ist.
