"Had a really lovely stay, felt very welcomed by James and would definitely think about returning."

Location was perfect for access to beach and high street. Breakfast was really good, cooked to perfection. The room was lovely plenty of room and storage.

The only thing I would comment on is that the en suite in our room is very beautiful but a bit small.

Breakfast options were excellent and James' home-baked bread was really nice. The location is excellent for easy access to th beach, Bournemouth town centre and attractions, also nearby locations like Christchurch and Ringwood.

"Een gastvriendelijk verblijf"

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en voor mijn dochter en ik werd er een vegan ontbijt gemaakt. Het was een fijne start van de dag. We werden vriendelijk begroet door de gastvrouw. De ontbijt kamer is gezellig ingericht en naast het Engelse ontbijt was er ook yoghurt, fruit en croissants.
