"Comfortable, clean and quiet."

The space, comfort and cleanliness. Choice of bath or shower. It was nice and warm. Not being tied to breakfast time. Quiet.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

some devices didn't work: the remote light in the bedroom; the bathtub drain stopper. The tap on the bathroom basin needed to be turned on fully. A smaller flow would backup and spill onto the floor. Were someone to stay for several days, the absence of any cooking facilities other than toaster, kettle and egg poacher might prove problematical. Perhaps a microwave might be provided?

separate annexe, very well fitted out, comfortable and warm. on a minor road - very quiet. Nice pub a short walk away.
