Convenient location, walking distance to beach and town. Friendly owners, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet with use of private garden.

One minor detail, perhaps blackout curtains or blind would be good in the bedroom .

We enjoyed our stay, despite mixed weather. We had complimentary breakfast for our first morning which was lovely. Location and area was perfect, short drives or walking to so many beaches and the town of Newquay. The Hosts Lorraine and Peter most welcoming and helpful. Added bonus to the accommodation was a beautiful garden to look out on. The accommodation spotless and well appointed with complimentary toiletries. We would have no hesitation in recommending this for people to stay, and possibility of our return. Thanks Pam and Keith xx

From day 1 and for the whole of our 2 wk stay Peter & Lorraine gave us both a lovely warm and friendly welcome. The accommodation was second to none bright ,clean and very cosy and comfortable. On arrival fresh orange,milk,croissants, jam,butter left for us to enjoy plus ample coffee, tea,sugar. Highly recommended and pound for pound great value holiday for your money.

Great, comfy chalet with easy access to Fistral Beach. Garden you look out on is also very beautiful. The kitchen facilities were handy for a fortnight's stay.

Lorraine and Peter were great hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely welcoming breakfast of croissants and scones with a selection of jam and clotted cream plus fresh orange juice and a bowl of fruit! The accommodation was great. Lovely and clean, plenty of room, our own parking space to come and go as we please. Large back garden, very quiet and peaceful, in a great location, only a walk away from two main beaches - Fistral beach and Crantock beach and approx 15 minutes walk to Newquay town centre as well. Plus there’s a lovely sandy beach area across the other side of the River Gannel, which is literally just across the road from where we stayed. We enjoyed spending a few evenings sat there enjoying the sunshine ☀️ was lovely and peaceful. When river is out (which is the majority of the day/evening) you are able to walk straight along to Crantock beach as well. It’s only approx 15 minutes walk. It’s a lovely sandy beach with sand dunes. If you enjoy walking like we do, you will enjoy the costal walks around the area too. On our last evening there, we were kindly asked if we’d like to join Lorraine and Peter in the garden for a glass of bubbly, which was nice of them. Peter even lit the fire pit when it went off a little chilly as the evening went on. Thanks again for having us. We’d definitely like to stay again in the near future. All the best, Dannii & Mike 😊
