Had an excellent 1 night stay here. Very comfy rooms, great food and stunning views from the room. Will be back

This is a lovely place to stay and the views from the bedroom window were a joy to see. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and offered the usual tray of biscuits, tea and coffee. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The food served in the restaurant was very of a very high standard and fresh, nothing to fault at all. All in all, a great place to stay with great service from the hosts.

Enjoyed the stay and the food

The building was beautiful, really well maintained, lovely exposed beams and original features and lovely character. The room was lovely - so comfortable, cosy and absolutely spotless! Bed was super comfortable. Shower was lovely and powerful. Although we had to eat early as the restaurant was busy (6pm) I’m glad we did! It was the best meal I’d had in a long while and so reasonable! Everything was home made, fresh and you can tell they don’t like to over fill their restaurant so the effort and time came be taken to ensure good quality and standards! Breakfast was equally as great. Presentation was cute! Plenty of everything and served to your table. This place really exceeded my expectations! I think we will be returning through the winter to see that fire in the bar on and working to get a different feel next time. Just loved it!!

I’m reeaalllly struggling to think of anything I didn’t like, but maybe opening the bar a little earlier so people have the option to have a drink when they check in after a long journey/day out. Other than that - no negatives!

The decor of the rooms was amazing they were super clean and well laid out. They had a little reading nook which was a nice addition. The hosts were lovely and attentive and the evening meal of Welsh lamb shank was up there with the best I’ve eaten. A little gem in a lovely location

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Rooms were modern and clean with superb beds. Ate in the restaurant, food was outstanding and good value, staff and hosts excellent. Very peaceful location and safe parking for our motorbikes.

Nothing not to like.
