the bathroom was not as expected. Doors did not lock nor close. No towels were available until requested. The photos and information about the facility on Booking.com were not accurate. The facilities information provided was not as experienced.

Very good location between the train station and the city/wineries. We were offered a free upgrade to the deluxe room which was really comfortable with much space, very clean, well-equipped bathroom facilities and free breakfast. The staff is super friendly, offered us a welcome-glass of wine and provided us with all info about Tokaj.
