"Brilliant welcome, lovely breakfasts and helpful advice on what was around locally to do and see."

I really enjoyed Jenny's warm and cheerful welcome. She was very attentive and appeared confident when in conversation with myself and husband. Jenny was great on having our breakfast ready for the time we asked.

Nothing on Jenny's part. I wish that my husband and I had a bit more time to spend enjoying the warm welcome, cosy dining room and the breakfast. We had early morning starts as we are park run runners and the marathon was on on the Sunday, which our children were running.

A warm welcome. Room was very comfortable and clean with everything thought of for our comfort . Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Location is excellent. Definitely will be returning.

"A perfect b&b for a New Forest adventure x"

Perfect host-Jenny was so welcoming, informative and lovely! Lovely comfortable twin room for my friend and I-every detail thought of. Lovely to wake up to bird song. Delicious and varied breakfast menu-loved the charm of the breakfast room and all the local honeys and jams. Superb location-garden door opens right into village centre. Was trying to decide between staying in brockenhurst or Lyndhurst-this was def the right decision-so many lovely shops/pubs/cafes but still peaceful. Great location for walks-Lyndhurst Parish walk is a must and starts in heart of town-a gorgeous 9mile circular around the town with 4 pubs along the way if a pit stop needed! Would also recommend driving the scenic route through the arboretum if you head to Brockenhurst-15mins rather than 10mins but worth it!

Everything about this B&B is just perfect. Jenny and her husband made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, from starting the day with a good, healthy breakfast to stocking our rooms with supplies (e.g., tea, biscuits, water, etc.) and giving us advice on the best places to visit and where to eat. The place is kept immaculately clean, and the location is very central, which makes it easier to get around the New Forest.
