Great location for visits to the New Forest and surrounding areas. Jenny and Keith were lovely hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable, clean room and delicious cooked breakfasts. Would definitely recommend.

The location is fantastic. Good parking. Very good for easy access to anywhere in the new Forest. It is about 5 mins walk from the centre of Lyndhurst which has numerous very good shops, pubs and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was perfect with a very good selection of cereals and cooked food. The coffee was excellent! The hosts are very nice and are keen to make your stay memorable. Pretty much the perfect B&B.

I can't honestly think of anything that could be improved!

"Would certainly go back found some lovely places to visit"

Great breakfast House was in quite road but go out of back entrance and cross a small car park and you was in centre of town so you did not worry about going out at night and having a drink as you did not need to use your car

Cannot think of anything Host was lovely made you feel welcome
