Kedves személyzet. Jól felszerelt és tiszta volt az apartman.

Sajnos éjszakára kikapcsolták a fűtést, hideg volt a szálláson. Reggel 8 óra körül kapcsolták vissza, addig meleg víz sem volt, éppen csak langyos volt a víz. Erre figyelhettek volna, mivel a kinti hőmérséklet 0 fok volt, bizony jó lett volna, ha melegek a radiátorok.
